The Signature Centre, an Oldcastle Glass® project, was recently awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating. The LEED Green Building Rating System™ recognizes performance in the areas of sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. Designed to the highest standards of sustainability, the Signature Centre
received a Platinum Rating, LEED’s highest honor. This state-of-the-art building was designed by Aardex LLC and glazed by Horizon Glass, Denver, Colorado, and features curtain wall furnished by Texas Wall Systems, has 44,600 sq.ft. of Series-2750 Stick Erected I-Beam System, 2.5" wide x 8-1/4" deep. The Vertical Mullions are SSG with 2.5" wide captured horizontals and custom Accent horizontal extrusions were furnished 13-4" deep. Also, Horizontal custom Sun-Shades were furnished at all Elevations at the Spandrel over Vision horizontals.
