The 5100 Series Hung Window system is ideal for school retrofits, residences, etc. Besides being well-suited for sound-attenuation (STC to mid 40s depending on glass and frame options), 5100 Series is a high-performance window designed for a wide range of applications besides acoustic. Light single-glazed sashes move up and down easily compared to IGU hung windows, which are typically more costly as well. Importantly for schools, glass repair is easy and inexpensive, and the building remains enclosed even if one run of sashes is removed. 5100 Series is a feature-packed and economical alternative for schools, homes, hospitals, etc.
